Sweet Tanduqueria Chicken Tempura
A unique Indian-inspired dish featuring crispy tempura chicken tossed in a sweet and tangy tanduqueria sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 cup sweettanduqueria sauce
- β1 cup all-purpose flourfor coating
- β2 eggsbeaten for egg wash
- β1 cup tempurafor coating
- β1 cup vegetable oilfor frying

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, eggs, and tempura.

Heat 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

Dip floured chicken in the egg wash, then coat in tempura mixture.
