Korean Cheese Sweet Pancakes

- β2 cups velvety milkdairy milk or non-dairy milk alternative
- β1 tsp korean chili flakesoptional, for extra heat
- β1 cup cheeseshredded mozzarella or cheddar
- β1/4 cup stir-fry oilvegetable oil or neutral oil

In a large bowl, whisk together the sweet flour and velvety milk until smooth.

Add the korean chili flakes, if using, and stir to combine.

Heat the stir-fry oil in a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the skillet or griddle.
