Greek Yogurt Crumble Tadka
A unique Indian-inspired dessert combining the flavors of Greek yogurt, tadka spices, and a crunchy oat crumble.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- β1/2 teaspoon Tadka spice mix
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- β1/2 cup Rolled oats
- β2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- β1/4 cup Crumble mix

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and tadka spice mix.

Add the unsalted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and a pinch of salt.

Pour the yogurt mixture over the crust.

Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
