Indian-Style Scrambled Eggs

- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β2 tbsp butterunsalted

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the tadka spice mix to the pan and let it infuse into the butter for 1 minute.
