Syrian Chicken Tagine
A traditional Syrian dish made with chicken, spices, and apricots, cooked in a flavorful tagine. The result is a rich, aromatic stew that's perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Chicken Thighsbone-in, skin-on
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- β1 cup Apricotsdiced
- β1 cup Chicken Broth
- β1 teaspoon Salt

Heat the olive oil in the tagine over medium heat.
