Kenyan-Style Frittata
A flavorful twist on the classic Italian dish, this Kenyan-Style Frittata combines the rich taste of eggs with the tangy flavors of a traditional Kenyan dish.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro tangy
- ●1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese cheesy
- ●1 tablespoon of Kenyan spice blend kenyan
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped cilantro and cook for 1 minute.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, Kenyan spice blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked cilantro in the skillet.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the egg mixture.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
