Speck Pasta Bake
A German-inspired pasta bake filled with tangy flavors and crispy speck. Perfect for a hearty lunch.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Speckthinly sliced
- β8 oz pastapenne or bow tie
- β1 cup tangy saucesuch as marinara or arrabbiata
- β1/2 cup creamy saucesuch as ricotta or sour cream
- β1/4 cup grated Parmesanoptional
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the speck over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the tangy sauce, creamy sauce, and cooked pasta. Stir until well combined.

Add the cooked speck and stir until coated.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with grated Parmesan (if using).

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
