Irish Soda Bread Gratin
A twist on traditional Irish soda bread, this gratin combines the comforting flavors of Ireland with a creamy, tangy topping.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Tangy Creammix of sour cream and buttermilk
- ●1/2 cup Grated Cheddarsharp or extra-sharp work best
- ●2 tbsp Unsalted Buttermelted
- ●2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Chivesoptional

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the Irish soda bread into 1-inch cubes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the tangy cream and grated cheddar cheese.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, arrange half of the bread cubes.

Pour the tangy cream mixture evenly over the bread.
