Portuguese Sweet Potato Crumble
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines the sweetness of sweet potatoes with the crunch of a crumble topping.

- β2 tablespoons tangy butter
- β1 cup crispy breadcrumbs
- β1 cup portuguese crumble
- β1 cup sweet brown sugar
- β1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup cold unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Poke some holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork and bake them in the oven for about 45 minutes, or until tender.

In a pan, melt the tangy butter over medium heat.

Add the crispy breadcrumbs and cook until lightly toasted.

In a separate bowl, mix together the portuguese crumble and sweet brown sugar.

Add the flour and cold unsalted butter to the bowl and mix until crumbly.

Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and top each one with the crumble mixture.
