Peruvian Beef Crumble
A hearty beef crumble dish with a tangy twist, inspired by Peruvian flavors.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Tangy Tomato Paste
- β1 cup Crunchy Corn Flakescrushed
- β1 medium Oniondiced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 Peruvian Aji Amarillo Pepperdiced
- β1 cup Crusty Breadcrushed
- β1 cup Cheddar Cheeseshredded
- β1 Egg

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced aji amarillo pepper to the pan and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the tangy tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef mixture, crushed corn flakes, crushed crusty bread, shredded cheddar cheese, and beaten egg. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with additional crushed corn flakes and shredded cheese.
