Tangy Ethiopian Tofu Wrap
A flavorful and easy-to-make wrap filled with crispy tofu, tangy spices, and served with flatbread.
Ingredients
- β300g Tofu
- β2 tsp Ethiopian Spice Blend
- β4 tbsp Tangy Tahini Sauce
- β4 Flatbread
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- β1 clove Garlic

1. Preheat a pan over medium heat.

2. Cut the tofu into small cubes and cook until crispy.

3. Add the Ethiopian Spice Blend and cook for 1 minute.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the Tangy Tahini Sauce, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro.

5. Warm the flatbread by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
