Irish Pork Roast
A classic Irish dish featuring a flavorful pork roast with a tangy twist.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup tangy BBQ sauce
- ●4-6 carrotspeeled and chopped
- ●2-3 potatoespeeled and chopped
- ●1 onionchopped

Season the pork roast with salt and pepper.

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the pork roast until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
