Tangy Japanese Salmon Bake

- β4 (6 oz each) Salmon fillets
- β1/4 cup Tangy sauce
- β1 cup Japanese rice
- β2 tablespoons Canola oilfor brushing salmon
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seedsoptional
- β1 cup Bake mixfor topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin side down (if they have skin).
