Tangy Moroccan Frittata
A flavorful and nutritious breakfast dish inspired by Moroccan cuisine, combining the tanginess of frittata with the richness of fromage blanc.

- ●1/2 cup moroccan fromage blanc
- ●a pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the bissara over medium heat until fragrant.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and black pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked bissara and cook until the eggs start to set.
