Saudi Dumplings
A twist on traditional dumplings using a tangy and juicy filling. This recipe is inspired by the flavors of Saudi Arabia.

- β1 package (about 20 wrappers) Saudi Dumpling Wrappers
- β1 cup (tangy and juicy) Jujube Filling
- β2 tablespoons Ghee
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- βfor frying Oil

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add the jujube filling and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the Saudi dumpling wrappers to the pan, 2-3 at a time, and cook for 30 seconds on each side.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers.

Serve the dumplings hot with a sprinkle of parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper.

You can also pan-fry the dumplings in oil until golden brown and crispy.
