Avocado Wraps
A simple and tasty vegan wrap filled with mashed avocado, tangy slaw, and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β2 Large avocadoripe and mashed
- β4 Light wrapswhole wheat or whole grain
- β1 cup Tangy slawstore-bought or homemade
- β1 Cucumbersliced
- β1 Carrotshredded
- β1 Celerysliced

1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Mash it in a bowl with a fork until smooth.

2. Lay a wrap flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 cup of the mashed avocado on the center of the wrap.

3. Add 1/4 cup of the tangy slaw on top of the avocado.

4. Arrange the sliced cucumber, shredded carrot, and sliced celery on top of the slaw.

5. Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.

6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more wraps.

7. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
