Moroccan Millet Pilaf
A flavorful and nutritious side dish inspired by Moroccan cuisine, made with millet and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup millet
- β2 cups water pilafor vegetable broth
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β1 tablespoon, grated ginger
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley tangy
- βto taste salt
Instructions

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the grated ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add the millet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the water or broth and bring to a boil.
