Pan-Seared Canadian Salmon with Canadian Glaze
A flavorful and moist Canadian salmon dish, pan-seared to perfection and served with a sweet and tangy Canadian glaze.

- β1/4 cup Canadian maple syrup
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- β2 tbsp tangy BBQ sauce
- β2 tbsp silky olive oil
- β4 bisquettesfor serving

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer to the oven.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, lime juice, and BBQ sauce.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until reduced by half.
