Poblano Fajita Stir Fry
A flavorful, spicy, and slightly sweet stir fry featuring roasted poblanos and served with crispy tortillas.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons tangy stir-fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 tablespoon silky soy sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon fryvegetable oil
- β4 tortillascorn or flour
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantrooptional
