Tacos de Casabe
A crispy casabe taco filled with spicy meats and fresh toppings.
Ingredients

- β1 pound ground beef
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β1 cup tangy tomatillo salsa
- β1 cup shredded cheeseMonterey Jack or Cheddar

- β1 cup sour cream
- β6-8 tacos (store-bought or homemade)
- β1 cup toasted tortilla strips
- β2 sliced avocado
