Uruguayan Empanada Filling

- ●1/2 cup, shredded Tangy Uruguayan Cheese
- ●1/4 cup, chopped Toasted Onion
- ●2 tablespoons Water
- ●1 package, thawed Empanada Dough

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the empanada dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Cut out circles of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.

In a bowl, mix together the mashed chestnut, shredded cheese, chopped onion, and water.
