Norwegian Pancake Delight

- β2 tsp norwegian mix
- β2 tbsp velvety sugar
- β1/2 cup bread, torn into pieces
- β2 large eggs
- β2 tbsp butter, melted

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, norwegian mix, and sugar.

Add eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Add torn bread pieces and stir until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
