Smoked Salmon Chowder
A creamy, smoky chowder made with smoked salmon, Irish ingredients, and a touch of sweetness.

- β6 oz Smoked Salmonflaked
- β2 cups Tasting Brothchicken or vegetable broth
- β1 cup Irish Cream (heavy cream)
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 medium Oniondiced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 medium Potatodiced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Instructions

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
