Spicy Pungent Gouda Lasagna
A unique Thai-inspired lasagna with gouda cheese and a pungent twist.
Ingredients
- ●8 oz Gouda cheese
- ●8-10 sheets Lasagna noodles
- ●1 cup Tasty sauceHomemade or store-bought
- ●2 Pungent chili peppers
- ●1 cup Greek yogurtTo be used as a topping
- ●1 cup CheeseShredded mozzarella or parmesan
- ●2 tbsp Thai red curry pasteTo add Thai flavor

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and sauté the pungent chili peppers.

Add the tasty sauce, Thai red curry paste, and 1 cup of water to the pan.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the gouda cheese and 1/2 cup of the sauce.

Spread a layer of the sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.

Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.

Spread half of the gouda cheese mixture on top of the noodles.

Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of noodles and the remaining sauce.

Top with shredded cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with Greek yogurt as a topping.
