Russian Kidney Bean Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole featuring roasted kidney beans and a delicious, creamy sauce.

- ●1/2 cup Tasty ground casserole (beef/pork)optional
- ●1 large Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 can (14.5 oz) Canned diced tomatoes
- ●1 cup Beef broth
- ●1 cup Russian-style sour cream
- ●1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ● Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan until softened.

Add the roasted kidney beans, ground casserole (if using), diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
