Grilled Semolina Cakes with Molten Chocolate Sauce

- β1 cup molten chocolate sauce
- β1/4 cup (optional) tempting
- β1/2 cup vietnamese coconut milk
- β2 large eggs
- β1 tablespoon sugar

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together semolina, coconut milk, eggs, and sugar.

Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the semolina mixture into the skillet.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the cakes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve the semolina cakes with molten chocolate sauce and tempting toppings (if using).

To make the molten chocolate sauce, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.
