Spanish Croquetas Recipe
A delicious Spanish-inspired snack recipe with a crispy exterior and a melted, cheesy interior. Serve with a side of tangy aioli for dipping.

- ●2 cups toastybread, cubed

- ●4-6 pieces croquetasstore-bought or homemade

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
