Tropical Fruit Bowl
A refreshing and healthy vegan dessert, perfect for hot summer days. This tropical fruit bowl is filled with a variety of colorful fruits and a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Tempting tropical fruit mix (e.g. pineapple, mango, papaya)
- β1/4 cup Eastern-style granola
- β2 tbsp Coconut flakes
- β2 tsp Maple syrup
- β1 tsp Lime juice
- β1 tsp Middle eastern spice blend (e.g. cinnamon, cardamom, ginger)
- β1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves

1. In a large bowl, combine the tropical fruit mix, granola, coconut flakes, and middle eastern spice blend.

2. Squeeze the lime juice over the fruit mixture and toss to coat.

3. Drizzle the maple syrup over the fruit mixture and toss to coat.

4. Sprinkle the fresh mint leaves over the top of the fruit mixture.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

6. Serve the tropical fruit bowl chilled, garnished with additional fresh mint leaves if desired.
