Lamb Pilaf

Ingredients
- β500g Australian lambcut into 1-inch cubes
- β250g Tender pilafpreferably homemade
- β2tbsp Oilolive or vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βchopped (optional) Fresh parsley

Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until it's translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the lamb cubes and cook until they're browned.

Add the pilaf and stir to combine with the lamb and onion mixture.

Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Reduce heat to low, cover the saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.

Fluff the pilaf with a fork and garnish with chopped parsley (if using).
