Mexican Chocolate Tostada
A twist on the classic tostada, this recipe combines the crunch of toasted tortillas with the richness of Mexican chocolate and tender chicken.
Ingredients

- β1 Chicken Breastboneless, skinless
- β1/4 cup Mexican Chocolate
- β2 tsp Chili Powder
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- β Tostada Toppings (optional)sliced radishes, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, crumbled queso fresco

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt, chili powder, and a squeeze of lime juice.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up.

Meanwhile, toast the tortillas by placing them on a baking sheet and baking in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy and lightly browned.

Melt the Mexican chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.

Assemble the tostadas by spreading a spoonful of melted chocolate on each tortilla, followed by a piece of chicken, and topping with desired toppings.
