Paella with Grilled Pineapple and Croatian Sausage
A twist on the classic Spanish paella dish, featuring grilled pineapple and Croatian sausage.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Croatian sausagesliced
- β1 lb Tender chickenboneless, skinless
- β1 cup Paella riceuncooked
- β1 cup Pineapplegrilled, chunks
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor grilling
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Paprikasmoked
- βto taste Salt

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill pineapple chunks until caramelized, about 5 minutes per side.

In a large paella pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add sliced Croatian sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add boneless, skinless chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute.

Add uncooked paella rice and stir to combine.
