Croatian Rigatoni Pasta Bake
A hearty, comforting pasta bake infused with the flavors of Croatia. Perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients
- β12 oz rigatoni pasta
- β2 cups tender pasta saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup grated mozzarella
- β1/2 cup grated parmesan
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley
- β1 tsp garlic powder
- β1 tsp dried oregano
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, combine the pasta sauce, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rigatoni pasta, pasta sauce mixture, and chopped parsley. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
