- β1 cup bean sprouts
- β1 tsp fermented Korean chili flakes
- β1 cup tender scallionschopped
- β1 1 eggbeaten
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup 1/4 cup water
- β1 tsp 1 tsp salt

In a large bowl, combine mung bean paste, flour, egg, water, and salt. Mix until smooth.
