Argentinian Callaloo Stir Fry

- β1 clove GarlicMinced
- β1 small Red onionThinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Argentinian chimichurriFor serving

- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 tsp Floral honeyOptional

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
