Tender Chicken Indian Crumble
A delicious and easy-to-make chicken dish with an Indian twist, topped with a crunchy crumble.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs chicken breast
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 cup tender crumble mix
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 medium onion
- β1 tsp garam masala
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper
- β1/4 cup yogurt (optional)

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the crumble mix, garam masala, salt, and black pepper.

Add the crumble mix to the pan and stir until the chicken is coated.

Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

If using yogurt, stir it in just before serving.
