Spicy Tender Chaat Tagliatelle
A unique fusion of Indian and Italian flavors, featuring tender meat in a spicy chaat sauce served over tagliatelle.
Ingredients
- β500g tender pork shoulder
- β1 large onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tsp cumin
- β2 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp garam masala
- β1 tsp cayenne pepper
- β250g tagliatelle pasta
- β2 tsp chaat masala
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Instructions

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until browned.

Add the garlic, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and cayenne pepper to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tender pork shoulder to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

Add 1 cup of water to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the chaat masala and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Stir in the cooked tagliatelle pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes, until well combined.
