Vegan Italian Pasta Bake
A delicious, comforting vegan pasta bake made with wholemeal pasta and a variety of Italian ingredients.
Ingredients
- β250g Wholemeal pasta
- β400g Tender Italian tomatoes
- β2 tablespoons Flour
- β2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 bunch Basil
- β50g Vegan parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Cook the wholemeal pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tender Italian tomatoes, nutritional yeast, and flour to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir to combine.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with vegan parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
