Jamaican Hash Browns
A delicious twist on traditional hash browns, infused with the flavors of Jamaica. These crispy shredded potatoes are perfect as a side dish or a snack.

- ●1/4 cup tendertender Jamaican seasoning
- ●1 tablespoon hashJamaican hash seasoning
- ●2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Grate the potatoes using a box grater or a food processor.

Squeeze out as much moisture from the grated potatoes as possible using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, tender Jamaican seasoning, and Jamaican hash seasoning. Mix well to combine.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the potato mixture to the skillet and press down to form a flat layer.

Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
