Tunisian Duck Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry dish from Tunisia, made with duck and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Tunisian duck breast
- β2 tbsp Light olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 Bell pepper
- β1 Zucchini
- β2 tbsp Stir-fry sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βchopped (optional) Fresh parsley

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the duck breast and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

3. Remove the duck from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

5. Add the stir-fry sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Return the duck to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
