- β1 pack Kabanossliced into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons Peanut oilfor brushing skewers
- β2 tablespoons Tagine spice blend
- β1/4 cup Mustardy saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium Tender onionschopped
- β2-3 Malaysian chiliessliced
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped (optional) Fresh cilantro

In a small bowl, mix together peanut oil, tagine spice blend, and salt.
