Polish Chickpea Salad
A delicious and easy-to-make salad originating from Poland, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 cup chickpeasdrained and rinsed
- β4 oz tender polish sausagecut into bite-sized pieces
- β4 cups green saladmixed greens
- β2 tbsp apple cider vinegaror to taste
- β1 tsp dijon mustardor to taste
- βto taste salt
