- β1/2 cup mozzarella cheeseshredded
- β1 box frittersstore-bought or homemade
- β2 eggsbeaten
- β1/4 cup flourall-purpose
- βpinch salt

1. Preheat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.
