Slovakian Noodle Stir Fry
A flavorful Chinese-inspired stir fry made with Slovakian noodles and seasoned with brown rice.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Slovakian Noodles
- β1 cup Tenderchicken breast or substitute
- β2 cups Brown Ricecooked for 3-4 minutes
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 clove Garlic
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1/4 cup Green Onionschopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and stir to coat the chicken.

Add the cooked Slovakian noodles, garlic, and ginger to the wok.

Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.

Add the green onions and cook for an additional minute.
