Ethiopian-Style Lentil Stew

- β2 tablespoons Misir wot spice blendAvailable at most Ethiopian markets or online

- β4 cups WaterFor stew

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
