Tandoori Lamb Kebabs with Irish Mash

- β2 tablespoons tandoori spice blendavailable at most Indian grocery stores

- β4 tablespoons irish buttersoftened
- β2 large potatoespeeled and cubed

In a large bowl, whisk together tandoori spice blend, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, and ginger. Add lamb and mix until coated.
