Vegan Thai Beef Curry
A vegan version of the classic Thai beef curry, made with tender and flavorful ingredients. This dish is a perfect blend of spicy and savory flavors.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry pasteadjust to taste
- β2 tablespoons Coconut oilfor cooking
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Curry powderadjust to taste
- β250ml Vegetable brothlow-sodium
- β200ml Coconut milkfull-fat
- βhandful Fresh basil leaveschopped

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
