Tender Thai-Style Chicken Wings
A flavorful and spicy twist on traditional wings, inspired by Thai cuisine. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a well-rounded meal.

- β1/4 cup Coconut oilFor frying
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry pasteFor marinade
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauceFor marinade
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugarFor marinade
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauceFor marinade
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated

In a large bowl, whisk together coconut oil, Thai red curry paste, fish sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce.

Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Remove the wings from the marinade and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
