Norwegian Salmon Skewers with Toasted Balsamic Glaze
A healthy and flavorful salmon skewer recipe with toasted balsamic glaze, perfect for a light dinner or lunch.

- β4 Norwegian salmon fillets
- β1 package Tender bamboo skewers
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 baguette, toasted Toast
- β1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
- β2 tbsp Honey
- βchopped Fresh parsley

2. Cut the salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes.

3. Thread the salmon cubes onto the bamboo skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

4. Brush the olive oil onto the salmon skewers and season with salt and pepper.

5. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

6. Meanwhile, toast the balsamic vinegar and honey in a saucepan over medium heat until caramelized.
