Tunisian Turkey Tagine with Neck

- β1 pound Tender turkey breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons Tunisian spice blendavailable at North African or Middle Eastern markets

- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 medium Carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 medium Potatoespeeled and chopped
- β1 cup Dried apricotschopped
- β2 cups Chicken brothhomemade or store-bought

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
