Indian-Style Turkey Skillet
A flavorful and spicy dish inspired by Indian cuisine, made with tender turkey and served in a skillet.
Ingredients

- ●3 cloves croatian garlic
- ●2 tablespoons skillet oil
- ●1 medium onion
- ●2 inches ginger
- ●1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ●1 teaspoon coriander powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the oil and sauté the onion until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
